The Iowa Collaboration for Youth Development, the backbone of Iowa's Promise, has identified a number of private and public funding sources that offer grant opportunities to communities for children, youth and family programming. An email list has been established for the purpose of alerting readers to funding opportunities. The "Grant Update" is a periodic email listing of available public and private grants that come to our attention, particularly those suitable for community-based youth serving organizations and youth-led initiatives. While efforts are made to provide timely notice of many grants, this is not an exhaustive listing of all potential sources of funding.
